Introducing additional client notifications for change of adviser requests

As part of our continued commitment to increase visibility and transparency for clients, we are pleased to announce that we will be introducing additional notifications to clients where there is a change of adviser on their account.

From Monday, 30 March 2020, we will be:

  • Introducing SMS notifications in addition to email for primary accountholders
  • Introducing email and SMS notifications to all other account owners (joint accountholders, trustees, company directors etc)
  • Extending email and SMS notifications for change of adviser requests to all products, not just Trading
  • Adding email and SMS notifications for when a client moves from non-advised status to a new adviser

These notifications will be sent to account owners regardless of how we receive the request to change the adviser.

Your action required

Please ensure we have current email and mobile phone details on file for all account owners to ensure they receive the notifications.
