We understand your time is valuable and that transitioning your business can often seem daunting. That’s why we provide you with the administrative support of our Transition Service. Our team can help you with various functions including:

We’ll help you transition your clients’ trading and cash accounts in bulk.

With an individualised and catered focus on your needs, we work with you to develop a transition plan that best suits you.

Such as pre-population of forms, providing template letters, Statement of Advice guidance wording and coordinating client communications.

Dedicated support

You’ll have a dedicated Relationship Manager supporting you through the transition process.

In order to make the most of our Transition Service there are some requirements we kindly ask for:

  • The client data provided is in a format readable by Microsoft Excel.
  • Full names, date of births, residential and postal addresses, and full company and/or trust details (if applicable) are provided in the data of the clients being transitioned.
  • The standard transition offering is generally for a minimum of 50 accounts. If you do not meet this requirement and would like to discuss this service further please contact us.
