Available soon: eSubmit – a new way to submit your clients’ applications & maintenance forms

As part of our continuing commitment to simplify the way you do business with us, soon, we’ll be making it easier for you to submit your clients’ scanned applications and maintenance forms online through our new eSubmit tool.

This exciting change will be arriving in late August 2017 and is just one of the many enhancements and innovations we are working on to keep you on the front foot.

You’ll have access to eSubmit through the CommSec Adviser Services website once you’ve logged in using your existing username and password.

Organising online access for your team

To use this feature, access to the CommSec Adviser Services website is required. If you have staff members who do not currently have log in details, you can organise access by:

  1. Completing the Additional Adviser Authority Form; and
  2. Return the completed and signed form with a certified copy of Drivers Licence or Passport to advisertrading@cba.com.au

You can view a list of applications, forms and supporting documents that you or your assistant previously submitted for your clients via eSubmit.

More information

We look forward to launching eSubmit and sharing more details about this enhancement with you shortly. If you have questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact your Business Development Manager or Relationship Manager.

*Applications and forms will be forwarded to the relevant processing team as soon as they are submitted. However, current processing timeframes remain.
